Image Award Ribbons (“IMAGE” or “We”) operates this website and related services, including our retail store, in order to provide you, the customer/visitor/user, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Relationship with Shopify; Third-Party Transfers

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Our Services may include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between our Services and your account on a third-party website or application. For example, we may provide links on our website to facilitate sending a communication from our website, or we may use third parties to facilitate emails, posts or Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, or LinkedIn postings. If you follow IMAGE on any social media or networking platforms, we may collect personal information when you communicate with us within the social media or networking platforms or use functionalities, plugins, widgets, or tools from social media or networking platforms in connection with our Services (e.g., to log into an account, or to share inspiration, finds, purchases, and other content with your friends and followers on social media) or when you click "Share This" or "Like" buttons. IMAGE is committed to protecting the information we collect from you. SSL encrypts information submitted via website forms so only we are able to decode the information submitted. IMAGE also complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements and our website is regularly scanned to confirm compliance with these standards.

Our website uses Google Analytics and we may be able to see user’s referring site.
