Order Processing
Requesting a Quote
 
The Image Award Ribbons web site is provided as a shopping tool for resellers, disitributors, and retailers to browse our extensive awards product line, select products and customization options, and to prepare Requests For Quotation quickly and electronically.
 
No payment information is required to use the shopping cart for quotes. Products in your cart will be submitted to our IMAGE AWARD RIBBONS Customer Service Department for quotation once you have completed the checkout process. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICING IN THE CART IS NOT FINALIZED.
 
Once your request for quote is received we will call to finalize your order. A complete CUSTOMIZED quote will then be emailed to you which will include quantity discounts, pricing for additional customization features, any additional charges and shipping charges.
 
Quotes for most large and special orders are typically emailed back to you within 24-48 hours. Complicated quotes may require additional time.
Production & Rush Services
 
Production:
We offer stock items that can ship same day if the order is placed by Noon EST.
Custom products are shipped in 10 working days after we receive your approval to begin production and payment, if applicable. Air shipping charges may apply.

  • During the months of May, June and July we may need longer to produce your order.
  • Depending on the product you are ordering, quantity or complexity, some orders may require more product time.
We will inform you of longer production times when you place your order.

Rush Services:
Orders needed in less than 10 working days are subject to rush charges, as listed below. Air shipping charges may apply. We reserve the right to refuse rush orders based on production capacity. Rush fees apply year-round. For orders received and shipped:
• 3-5 days, add 20% of the total merchandise cost
• 2-day, add 50% of the total merchandise cost
• Same day orders must be placed by noon EST, add 100% of the total merchandise cost
Order Acknowledgement
  Orders are acknowledged with a typed computer printout sent by email or fax, showing spelling and arrangement of wording.  If applicable, a copy of the
artwork file will be attached to the email.  Acknowledgements are sent within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. Contact us immediately if there are any changes. Certain orders may require a signed approval.
Proofs
  Black and white hot stamped proofs are $40.00 each when sent via e-mail or fax, and take 48 hours for you to receive.  Artwork charges and die charges are extra.  Actual proofs mailed to you are $50.00 each plus shipping and handling and take 72 hours to ship.  Proof charges cover type casting, press preparation and heating time. We reserve the right to refuse orders for proofs depending on production capacity and capabilities.
Samples
  Samples ship in 48 hours.  Custom samples incur a $50.00 charge plus shipping and handling.
Artwork
  Please e-mail your artwork to info@imageaward.com. We accept EPS, AI, PDF, Tiff and JPEG files at 300dpi or greater. Please embed all fonts. For full color artwork please provide 3/8" bleed all around. Most designs need less than 15 minutes of artwork time. If additional artwork is required, our artwork charge is $60.00/hour(X).
Minimums
  Custom order minimum charge – $80.00. Stock Orders minimum charge – $30.00.
