We collect sales tax on orders shipping to any state where Image Award Ribbons has physical presence or is otherwise required to collect tax by law. We will automatically add the appropriate estimated sales tax if your delivery location is in any of the states listed on our web site. Please visit www.imageawardribbons.com/salestax for an up to date list of states where we are required to charge sales tax.

We are required to collect sales tax on the value of the merchandise and other charges sold to you, based on your order's "ship to" address, wherever Image Award Ribbons has an established business presence. Some states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges as well.

If your organization is exempt from sales tax, you must supply us with a current and valid copy of your sales tax exemption certificate at the time your order is placed. We are unable to refund or credit sales tax once tax is reported to your state’s taxing authorities.

Dies are required for hot stamp printing of custom designs, specialty fonts and for extensive copy on a ribbon. The cost is $100.00 & up depending on size and generally adds 3-4 working days to production. Once the die is made, no additional charges apply on orders of 25+ custom gold rim or satin finish rosette centers.

• Orders of less than 25 custom gold rim or satin finish rosette centers - $20.00 set-up
• Stock rosette center charge – 1st is FREE; $3.00 each change

Printing set-up charges apply to custom printed orders:

• Less than 25 rosettes per style, print or streamer length - $20.00 set up
• Less than 100 flat ribbons per style, print or length - $20.00 set up
• Less than 25 printed neck ribbons/drapes w/medals - $20.00 set up
• Less than 100 printed neck ribbons/drapes only - $20.00 set-up
• 2 streamer print $20.00 charge + .30 each rosette
• 3 streamer print $40.00 charge + .60 each rosette

These charges apply each time you order, even if the printing is exactly the same as a previous order. The charge covers type casting, which cannot be saved from order to order, press preparation and heating time. More than one set-up charge may apply to an order for small quantities which cannot be combined. Each printing set-up allows you 6 standard place changes (First-Twelfth Place, Honorable Mention, Participant, Heat Winner, and Champion).

If your order calls for more than 6 place changes or line changes:

• Place/line changes – $2.50 each. A line change is any one or two words of 10 characters or less. We will print up to 10 lines of type on your ribbons.
• Each additional line - $2.50 each. 15+ lines requires a die.
• Hot Stamp Leaf Color changes – we will use Gold unless otherwise specified. The 1st foil color is FREE; $3.00 each additional change.
